Wow what a night full of hard racing , tempers flaring , and a lot of torn up race cars but that's what fills the pits as well as the seats in The Dome at America's Center. The night started off with Tyler Erb , in his first appearance here in a late model , setting fast time.

The heats were full of hard racing as drivers were trying their best to get locked into the feature. Of course the big news of The weekend so far is the incident between Hudson O'Neal and Tyler Carpenter. Hudson retaliated against Carpenter after contact while battling for the lead in the heat race resulting in Hudson making hard contact into the wall and stacking the field up behind him. While under the yellow O'Neal , who is in his last race with Roger Sellers , ram into Carpenter's left rear and flattening his tire knocking him out of the heat race.

After all the dust settled 19 cars took the green flag for the 25 lap A Main. They added a 19th car , Kenny Collins , after a scoring mistake in the B Main. When the green flag fell Garrett Alberson and Cody Bauer fired off and started what ended up being a battle for the lead almost the entire 25 lap feature. Fast qualifier , Tyler Erb , and Will Herington would join those 2 battling for the lead making it a 4 car battle for the win.

With just a couple of laps ago Alberson made one last attempt for the lead and got into the wall hard eventually causing his right rear to go down on him securing the win for Bauer. It was a huge victory lane celebration for the Michigan driver giving him his first win inside the St. Louis Dome.
