Chris Madden led every lap en route to his 37th World of Outlaws win last night in the series first ever visit to Raceway 7 in Conneaut , OH. Kyle Bronson finished a close second with Cade Dillard , Nick Hoffman , and Dustin Sorensen rounding out the top 5.

40 Case Construction Late Models signed in for the 40 lap $10,000 to win debut at Raceway 7. Cade Dillard would top the qualifying charts and win his heat race as Madden , Bronson , and Hoffman took heat race victories as well. B Main winners went to the Jr's , Dave Hess and Dennis Erb.

Cade Dillard drew the pole position as he went for the perfect night sweep but in the end fell a couple of spots short of that accomplishment. Madden would use the outside starting spot to his advantage as did Bronson from his 4th starting spot to grab the top 2 spots on lap 1. Lap 5 would have Cody Overton take 5th from Nick Hoffman.

Madden would stretch his lead out until he caught the rear of the field slowing his pace down as it was a challenge to make passes on the 7/16 mile track that has long straightaways and tight corners. Bronson would be on the spoiler of the 44 Longhorn Chassis before the one and only caution would wave on lap 25 for WoO point leader Brandon Sheppard. Sheppard had his RR disintegrate down the front stretch to gather the field back up and give Madden a clear track. While under yellow Ryan Gustin was forced to retire from the event with a hole in his radiator.

When the green replaced the yellow Madden would once again stretch his lead until he caught the rear of the field. Bronson would reel him in again for one final shot at the victory but fell short.

Madden would say in his victory lane interview he caught the back of the pack a little too quick hoping to use his clean air speed to his advantage. The track was crumby and dirty up top so couldnt step out had to stay down in the low line. They think we can't run good in this but we run real good at a lot of tracks up here like Portsmouth and whatnot.

With BShepp's rough night combined with Hoffman's top 5 finsih Hoffman leaves Raceway 7 with the point lead as they travel to Bedford Speedway for tonight's $15,000 to win main event. All World of Outlaws races can only be seen on DirTVision.
